Shipping Policy
Free HOME shipping on €40+ purchases.
Please allow 1-3 full business days for your order to be processed, shipped and delivered.
For remote areas, deliveries will always be made during mornings. For all other areas deliveries will be made mornings & afternoons.
Pick up options from ACS of your choice - FREE pick up on purchases above €30+
If you prefer to pick up your shipment yourself instead of having it delivered to your door, you can pick up your order from the acs store of your choice.
International Orders:
Knitting Meeting does not ship internationally at the moment. Orders can only be placed and shipped to all unoccupied areas in Cyprus.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to return an item, you can do it by one of the following methods:

Returns Terms:

Returns are accepted within 30 days with the presence of original receipt at the price that the item was bought.

Returns are also accepted with presence of a gift receipt within 30 days at the current price of the item.

The price of the returned item will be refunded back to the credit card used for the transaction as soon as your return is processed.

Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
